When is the cut off time for orders?
Cut off time is 5 pm. Any order after 5 pm will be subject to next-day delivery or selected day.
Can I add on products after the cut off time?
YES. Please reach out to Melonmas team at +60182093366 for the manual arrangement.
How do I check the current status of my orders?
The orders are confirmed upon payment made and checkout from the cart. Every update on the process will be informed through email notifications.
I am worried. Did my order go through?
You may check your registered email to see if you received an email confirmation/ order summary. If no confirmation received, kindly contact our team at +60182093366.
Can i make appointment to view your greenhouse?

How will I receive my order?
The delivery is scheduled the next day after placing the order and payment. Our team will send a notification via Whatsapp in the morning once your order has been packed and pick up by our delivery partner.
Is there any delivery charges? And Which delivery area is covered?
We offer FREE delivery for purchases over 3 boxes and above. We cover the whole of West Malaysia for delivery.
Opps! The item i received is faulty/ spoiled! Incorrect / missing ites from your order?
SORRY for that! Please send us a photo of your item(s) along with your order number to +60182093366. We will review and advise our next action accordingly. In the event your item is out of stock, we will reimburse you in the form of an e-voucher/points.
What if I am not in at the time of delivery?
Do inform us in advance and our team will advise accordingly.
